Itinerary

Experience the NASCAR Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona Speedway! This 160-lap, 400-mile, bumper-to-bumper action-filled event is known for its close finishes, high-speed high-density crashes, and a broad display of fireworks during post-race celebrations. Whether you’re sitting in the driver’s seat or the grandstands–being part of the Coke Zero Sugar 400 is the thrill of a lifetime!

This full-day event lasts approximately 12 hours. You’ll be provided with roundtrip transportation in a comfortable coach bus from your selected pickup location in Orlando.

All pickup times are approximate and will be re-confirmed 24-72 hours before the day of the race. Upon arrival, you’ll be given instructions on how to contact your guide if needed.

At the end of the race, you’ll return to your original pickup location. Buses depart approximately 1 hour after the race ends.

In the case of a race delay, buses are held at the Daytona International Speedway until the race is officially called off by NASCAR officials. If the race is called off due to weather, your admission tickets will be valid for the next scheduled race. Once a new date is announced, transportation to the speedway can be rebooked for a discounted booking fee.

Daytona International Speedway is synonymous with the world of auto racing. The enormous 480-acre motorsports complex hosts the most unique racing events in the world, earning it the title “The World Center of Racing”. The Speedway was renovated in 2016 to help improve the fan experience with 5 expanded and redesigned entrances, wider and more comfortable seating, and more convenient restrooms and concession stands.

What can I bring inside?

You are allowed to bring one soft-sided cooler, no larger than 14 X 14 X 14 inches, and one lightweight backpack. Binoculars, cameras (not in the bag), and seat cushions are allowed.

You may NOT bring hard-sided coolers, thermos, and insulated cups of any size inside the admission gates. Items restricted by track policy include umbrellas, bags, backpacks, or containers larger than the allowed size.

FAQs

How long do orders take to process?

Orders typically take 1-2 Business Days to process. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. A final confirmation will be sent with your ticket voucher once the booking is confirmed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Most of the activities on our website can be changed or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure date. However, a select few are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please refer to the Trip Details, or contact us for questions regarding a specific activity.

Do I need to bring a photo ID?

Yes. The person who placed the order must be present on the day of the activity. The credit card holder is required to show a valid photo ID and a matching ticket voucher. Otherwise, entry will not be permitted.

Can I book a trip for someone else?

If you would like to book a trip for someone and you will not be present on the day of the activity, you must submit a Credit Card Authorization Form and a copy of your valid photo ID and credit card for verification.

What should I bring on the day of my tour?

We recommend packing a day bag with your swimsuit, towels, a change of clothes, snacks, water, and sunscreen. Closed-toed shoes may be required for certain activities.

What time do I need to be at the pickup spot?

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the pickup time indicated at checkout or on your confirmation email/tour voucher. 

Can I park my car at the pickup location?

Yes. Most of the pickup locations allow free car parking and are easily distinguishable. If you park at any of the Walt Disney World Resorts or Universal Orlando Resorts, there will be an additional fee for parking.

What if I need help on the day of the trip?

If you need help on the day of your scheduled activity, or you need to contact the tour operator for any reason, please contact the phone number listed on your ticket voucher. 

Are tour vehicles wheelchair accessible?

Wheelchair- and scooter-accessible vehicles are available upon request. Any passenger requiring an ADA-accessible vehicle must inform us at least 2 Business Days prior to departure. 

What languages are available?

All of our tours are guided in English. Other languages may be available upon request for groups. Please contact us to inquire about tours in other languages.
