How long do orders take to process?
Orders typically take 1-2 Business Days to process. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been received and a final confirmation with your ticket voucher once the booking is confirmed. Need to have your order sooner? Please contact us.
When do I receive tickets and/or confirmation?
Once your order has been processed, a ticket voucher will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout. Simply print the voucher and bring it with you on the day of travel. A printed tour voucher is required by our tour providers, electronically shown vouchers will not be accepted.
Do I need to bring my photo ID on the day of the tour?
The person who placed the order must be present on the day of the tour. The credit card holder will be required to show their photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and a printed ticket voucher or entry will not be permitted on the tour bus or event.
Can I book a tour for someone else?
Yes! If you would like to book a tour for someone else and you will not be present on the day of the tour, you must submit a Credit Card Authorization Form. You will be required to submit a copy of your photo ID and credit card for verification.
What if I didn’t receive an email confirmation after making a purchase online?
Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, date of purchase, and correct e-mail address, so we can re-send the confirmation to you, or call us at 407-550-0056.
What forms of payment does Orlando Travel Company accept?
On our website, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Most of our tours can be changed or canceled, however, a select few are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please see the Additional Information on each of our tours or contact us for questions regarding a specific tour. If your order has already been processed an additional fee may be assessed for changes or cancellations.
Is gratuity included in the cost of my tour?
No. Gratuity is optional and it is not included in the tour price. Tipping the bus driver and tour guide is encouraged, but not required.
What should I bring on the day of the tour?
We recommend packing a small bag with a change of comfortable clothes, a bathing suit, and towels if necessary. Closed-toed shoes may be required for some activities. You may wish to bring your own water, food, and snacks.
What time do I need to be at the pickup location?
You should arrive at least 15-minutes before the pickup time indicated at checkout. If you need to change your pickup location after checkout, please contact us.
Can I park my car at the pickup location?
Yes. All pickup locations allow free car parking and are easily distinguishable. We are always happy to assist should you need help with any of our pickup locations.
What if I don’t have a car, can you pick me up at my hotel?
Should you wish to organize a hotel pickup, this can be done for a small fee. Hotel pickups can be arranged for $10 per person to a maximum of $25 per family. Please contact us to schedule a hotel pickup.
What kind of vehicles are used?
Our tours include transportation in state of the art, air-conditioned coach buses equipped with WIFI, alongside luxury Minibuses and vans. Professional drivers are specifically trained and must complete medical reviews, background checks, driving record checks, regular testing and safety meetings.
Who is my tour guide?
Our tour guides are well trained and Florida is their specialty. All sightseeing services are guided by a professional, Florida knowledgeable guide.
What languages are available?
All tours are guided in English. Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese & Spanish are available upon request for groups.
Are vehicles handicapped accessible?
Handicapped vehicles are available upon request. Any passenger requiring an ADA accessible vehicle must inform us no later than 2 Business Days prior to selected tour date. Please email our reservations team at email@example.com or call 407-550-0056 to make arrangements.
Can I only book tours and attraction tickets?
